Scope of Services

Authority Alignment sessions are structured strategic consultations designed to clarify thinking, organize priorities, and support informed decision-making.

These sessions provide frameworks, analysis, and perspective. Implementation, decisions, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the client.

This service does not replace licensed professional services such as therapy, legal counsel, financial advising, or business management execution.

Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to scheduling confirmation.

Once a session is scheduled, time is reserved exclusively for the client and preparation begins accordingly.

Refund Policy

Due to the preparation and dedicated time allocation involved, scheduled sessions are non-refundable.

Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Rescheduling Policy

One reschedule may be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or repeated rescheduling requests will require a new booking.

Session Boundaries

Sessions are structured and time-limited professional consultations.

Ongoing advisory support is available through separately scheduled sessions.

Client Responsibility

Insight does not equal execution.

Clients remain solely responsible for decisions made and actions taken following a session, as well as any resulting outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, language structures, and strategic models provided through Clarity to Command remain the intellectual property of the business.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.

Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions is treated with confidentiality unless disclosure is required by law.
